Paper Based Vertical Flow Assay Reader

Developed the reader for a patented vertical-flow-assay multi-peptide based sensing membrane. The reader captures images at the correct illumination. Furthermore, post processing is applied through CNN networks to determine if the sample is positive or negative for the disease being tested. We have been able to apply this technology to Lyme disease detection as well as Troponin I detection, a cardiac marker.
